Your workspace belongs to your account.
This policy explains the information Mirrxii processes, why it is used, the providers involved in operating the service, and the choices available to you. The product is currently being released through controlled testing stages.
Information you provide
Mirrxii stores account and authentication information together with content you intentionally create, enter, upload, or organize inside your workspace. That may include goals, missions, campaigns, targets, decisions, notes, Drawing Board content, files, workspace settings, activity history, and related records.
Information produced while using the service
The service may create operational records needed to preserve workspace state, enforce security, diagnose failures, prevent abuse, show history, and support features such as Timeline, Reflection, Review Queue, Battlefield, and Shadow Watch.
Optional anonymous structural participation controls are off by default. When enabled, they are intended to cover product structure and usage patterns rather than private workspace text, files, identity, Scout conversations, or user-created content.
How information is used
- Authenticate and maintain your account.
- Store, display, and organize your workspace.
- Perform actions you request.
- Provide exports, account controls, and support.
- Protect the service from misuse and unauthorized access.
- Diagnose errors and maintain product reliability.
- Improve the testing-stage product when you have enabled an eligible participation control.
AI-powered features
AI is optional. Workspace content is sent to the configured AI provider only when you deliberately use an AI-powered feature that requires that content. Scout may assist with analysis, organization, or suggestions, but it does not independently own your decisions or automatically commit permanent changes.
AI availability may be limited or disabled during testing. The manual workspace remains available when AI is off.
Service providers
Mirrxii uses service providers to operate the application. Current providers may include Supabase for authentication, database, and storage services; Vercel for application hosting and delivery; OpenAI for user-initiated AI features; and PayPal for supported billing actions.
Each provider processes information according to the service being requested and its own applicable terms and privacy practices.
Authentication and local browser data
Authentication cookies or similar browser storage may be used to keep you signed in, protect account sessions, remember necessary product state, and operate security controls. These technologies are used for application functionality rather than as an advertising system.
Files and storage
Files are processed only when you choose to upload or attach them. Private workspace files are intended to be accessed through controlled application permissions, including signed or time-limited access where implemented.
Security
The service uses technical and organizational safeguards intended to limit unauthorized access, including authenticated workspace boundaries, database access policies, request validation, rate limits, and protected server credentials. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.
Retention and deletion
Workspace information is retained while needed to operate your account, provide requested functionality, protect the service, satisfy legitimate operational requirements, or resolve support and security matters.
Signing out does not delete your data. Account deletion is a separate guarded action requiring authentication and explicit confirmation. Deleted information may remain temporarily in backups, logs, fraud-prevention records, or provider systems until their applicable retention cycles complete.
Your choices
- Use the core workspace with AI turned off.
- Review and change eligible participation controls from Privacy & Data.
- Export supported workspace data.
- Change workspace and account settings.
- Request account assistance or deletion support.
Policy changes
This policy may be updated as the product, providers, or legal requirements change. Material updates will be reflected by a revised date on this page.
